Daljayo provides financial research tools, governance analysis, valuation models, and informational content regarding Korean public equities.
Daljayo does not provide investment advice. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, securities recommendations, or fiduciary services. Users are solely responsible for their own investment decisions.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly unless cancelled, are billed in advance, and remain active until cancellation.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring billing through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy at daljayo.com/refunds.
You are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting login credentials, and all activity under your account.
You may not resell platform data, scrape content at scale, reverse engineer the platform, abuse system access, or use Daljayo for unlawful purposes.
All content, scoring systems, research frameworks, and proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of Daljayo.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or violations of these Terms.
Daljayo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for investment losses, trading decisions, data inaccuracies, interruptions or outages, or indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
