Daljayo subscriptions are generally non-refundable once billing has occurred. We may provide refunds at our sole discretion in cases such as duplicate billing, technical platform failure, or billing errors.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not retroactively refund prior charges unless otherwise required by law.
If a free trial is offered, billing begins automatically after the trial period unless cancelled before the trial ends.
